Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Decklist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

Decklist is a free trading card game (TCG) collection manager and deck building application. The service currently supports the Pokemon Trading Card Game and allows users to search cards, build format-validated decks, and manage their card collections.

Accounts

You can create an account using an email address and password, or by signing in with Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Decklist enforces a single active session per user for security purposes.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the service without permission.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
Use the service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

Intellectual Property

Decklist is not produced by, endorsed by, supported by, or affiliated with any trading card game publisher. All card names, card images, artwork, symbols, game mechanics, and related trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Pokemon, Pokemon TCG, and all related characters, names, and images are trademarks and copyright © The Pokemon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, and Creatures Inc. Card images are used for identification and informational purposes only.

Your Content

Deck lists and collection data that you create belong to you. By using the service, you grant Decklist a limited license to store, display, and process this data as necessary to provide the service.

Card prices on Decklist link to TCGPlayer, where we may earn a commission on purchases you make. These affiliate links are clearly disclosed in accordance with FTC guidelines. You are never charged extra for using these links.

Availability and Modifications

Decklist is provided "as-is" without any uptime guarantees. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decklist and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Decklist at any time. You can request deletion of your account and data through our Contact page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the service or other users.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the terms were last revised. Continued use of Decklist after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
